Thank you ann! I cannot say thank you enough s to her for her quick and great customer service she provided by helping me start my new checking account and walking me through the process . I was able to walk in after an attempt to open through online . I had previously received a call ,which not many companies do now to get customers. She was polite, efficient and was able to assist with all my requests. Thank you again!

So far this bank has caused me nothing but problems. If I would have known that they would just take my money and funds would disappear constantly then I would have never opened this account. I was better off just cashing my check and holding onto the cash.
Horrible bank froze my account froze my pay check now I have no money for gas food or anything for me and my kids
