I am currently outside of Bmo I. La Mirada and I got here at 4:47 and they are closed .This is very inconvenient and have had previous issues with staff and how helpful they are at this location. Why have hours open until five if the staff closes earlier. The worst.

If there is less than ZERO.I will give it to the rude manager (Leon)who was there @ that time when I went there. and he said he can't open the account...I don't understand what bank is open for business the branch manager CAN'T HELP clients for opening account.his body language is VERY UNWELCOME... looking to the clock.and he isn't even in the lobby...lobby is empty.I hope his excuse probably because I was late...I was there 5:30 pm sharp.and because he's not in the lobby purposely so he can't help anyone on Friday evening..... read more
