Their ATM outside of the branch by save mart took my debit card and wouldn't give it back. Their employee just told me id have to go get a new card from my bank. I hope no one else uses that machine today.
I have had a terribly frustrating experience with BMO. Just opened a checking and they hold deposits for long period of time before available to you. Or they offer to charge you 2% to make deposit available sooner. Made it past probation period and they randomly put a deposit on fraud hold for 7 days so they could verify funds available. Made two other deposits about same time with no additional hold but the standard two full business days and receive available on third day.
