Had the pleasure of speaking with Ms.Varges today, She was professional, well dressed and repeated everything I needed to hear again because I had been up for 3 days straight and kept zoning out. She was super understanding and helpful getting my issues and new account set up. Love this branch
No experience dealing with CD. With drew early they wants to take interest paid which is ok but they wanted to take some of my money. Not ok
Usually go here and everything goes well but today they took a long time did not even greet or say I was next . To then be told they could not help me.
I was quoted $40 dollars for an interior air filter. After getting home and looking at the invoice I was charged $49! This is unacceptable! I am definitely going back tomorrow morning and filling a change back from my credit card company. How many times has Jiffy lube gotten away with overcharge there customers! I will never be going back to this dishonest company again. Jeffy lub can expect me to be there first thing tomorrow morning!
I don't like the fact that they don't let you know your balance right after a purchase so it makes it hard to figure out the amount you have left and then turn around and charge you late fees. I would definitely not recommend doing your banking here
