Been a customer of BMO and Bank of the West for decades. Ever since BMO took over, they are the worst. Branch Managers change every year it seems probably because new ownership drives away smart people. Constantly have to deal with new staff who don't understand my needs. I have lots of deposits and run multiple businesses. They went from a relationship bank to I don't care about you bank from Canada. BMO: Leave New Mexico. In the mean time, I'm switching to a bank that prioritizes relationships over fees.
I’ve visited this branch for a few unconventional requests recently and on each occasion the staff and manager have been kind, helpful and accommodating. This branch is great!
Terrible customer service branch,manager shows no effort and is very lazy. Never the same person working there because they can't even keep employees. Would not recommend as your bank
I've dealt with this branch for a number of years and never had a problem until I had to deal with Grant Scoby who is the new branch manager. He was extremely rude to the point where he actually told me I'd be better off at another bank. Not many bank managers will suggest you moving all your accounts to another bank but I guess Grant Scoby of Bank of the West doesn't need small businesses anymore. Everyone else at this branch and the other branches have been great to me though.
