Terrible customer service branch,manager shows no effort and is very lazy. Never the same person working there because they can't even keep employees. Would not recommend as your bank
I've dealt with this branch for a number of years and never had a problem until I had to deal with Grant Scoby who is the new branch manager. He was extremely rude to the point where he actually told me I'd be better off at another bank. Not many bank managers will suggest you moving all your accounts to another bank but I guess Grant Scoby of Bank of the West doesn't need small businesses anymore. Everyone else at this branch and the other branches have been great to me though.

I was able to open a real bank account finally after several years. Came to the spec couple of weeks ago and again today and I was treated very very well. There is another Bank of the West closer to where I live but this one I think I will be one of their patrons. Cullen at this branch helped me tremendously. She's also going way out of her way to make sure that I am satisfied with things that are going on with my account at this time. She is an excellent employee.
Recently moved to town and was in the process of selling my house. I needed a notary. I walked into this bank and every single person greeted me and were eager to help. When I left each one said goodbye and wished me a good day. Cullen, who was my notary took extra time to review my papers to make sure I was signing correctly and kept my papers in order. Great job!
