Rio Rancho was really slow this am two people working I believe so I went to Coors by pass and very nice lady greeted me and helped me immediately. Thanks Coors !
Terrible customer service. Rude. Just opened an account with bank. Just waiting there waiting period so I don’t have to pay the fee to close the account too early. Glad I refused all other services and only got a savings. Crazy to think Wells Fargo is better. And the lady you had working the drive through today 5/19/26 is probably the worst employee I’ve met so far!
This bank made several huge mistakes on my checking account that has impacted me very negatively. I have sat hours at the bank with multiple trips trying to get a resolution. Not once has anyone from the bank apologized to me. I have MS and am physically disabled s o these trips have not been easy to make. I am seriously considering going to Nusenda. It's a shame as I have been a BMO customer since they started business in the U.S

BMO is the worst bank ever. They took over Bank of the West, which never gave me any problems. I've been in person and on the phone several times for two issues: I'm constantly locked out of online banking so I have to change my password every time, and it's mid-March and I'm still waiting to receive two tax documents which my CPA needs to finish my taxes.
