BMO is the worst bank ever. They took over Bank of the West, which never gave me any problems. I've been in person and on the phone several times for two issues: I'm constantly locked out of online banking so I have to change my password every time, and it's mid-March and I'm still waiting to receive two tax documents which my CPA needs to finish my taxes. The absolute worst customer service. If I could give them a negative score, I would.
Miss Lovato has an attitude because I did not want to open an account, she should keep her personal opinion to herself, like always I say: do your job and shut up your mouth.
I wish I could leave no stars. I am going to be closing my accounts with this bank. They take over a week to clear funds from my employer, they’re rude and not helpful with any issues that come up and the app they use constantly crashes or has problems. Their “customer service” takes hours or days to get back to you. I have several accounts at other banks and will be moving all my accounts to one of the other banks I use.
Literally the worst bank. Every time I come here they are so rude. New Mexico Bank and Trust is sooo much better and treat people with respect and are friendly.
