Horrible customer service. It is so bad at this bank that I am ready to close my accounts after many years of being a loyal customer.
Been seating in the Business drive-through for over 15 minutes to make a deposit with two people working inside just talking to each other. This bank not only have some of the rudest employees but they are also some of The most inconsiderate and slow working people.
Made a withdrawal but accidentally left a $20 on the counter. Brandon called to let me know and re-deposited it into my account. Top notch service!
