I had my mortgage with them for 11 months, and they incorrectly posted the payments 10 times, plus getting the interest amount wrong, and they hung up on me when I complained about it. I got away from this bank as soon as I could afford to do it.
I have had 2 different rude tellers. The second time I changed bank. I wrote an check to my son using online banking. When my paycheck was deposited to the wrong bank I called them and asked if this was a problem. I was told as long as my son didn't cash the check it would be fine. He didn't cash the check and they took the money out of my account anyway.
