Renee and Andres are absolutely amazing to work with! I have been taking my mom into this branch to conduct transactions with both of them for several years now. I was waiting for bank to open up. Just got off work as a security guard still have my security outfit on then a male worker Richard came up all hostile to me granite I had just picked up my wife my wife black I’m white . Worker says hey you can’t be here but it was 15 til 9 when they open hasn’t been over 15 minutes. Well what can I say horrible experience before even becoming a member. And for was it worth it? Opening a checking and business account was simple and painless! When an issue arose, Casey did everything she could to resolve it. I really appreciated that. I'm also thankful that fraud is taken seriously. The last institution I banked with could have used improvement in that area!
