Do not trust this bank. They have put us through hell since our mother passed The branch in Coolidge AZ has incompetent employees. The legal deptartment has no clue and are slow. The staff at the Layton branch was wonderful and helpful.
I strongly advise against dealing with this company. Their customer service is abysmal and their staff appear to be ignorant about the products or services they offer. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of them.
Be careful ordering checks from BMO , They hit me for $147.00 for checks . Ridiculous !
FIX YOUR ATM! You can’t make deposits unless you do one bill at at time! This has been an issue for over a year! At least stay open until 6:00 if you can’t have a functioning atm. I pay to be a member of this bank I shouldn’t have to stay at the atm for 15-20 minutes depositing each bill.
