This bank is a joke. The assistant manager hands out counterfeit money and when you try to get your money back from them they accuse you of lying. I have never dealt with a company with employees as rude as this one. I strongly encourage doing your research before handing your money over to them.
For starters BMO send out an email supporting the lgbtq and asking us for support. I closed all three of my accounts. I am at the BMO branch right now with a family member who still has an account here and we are trying to cash a saving bond, we've been here for twenty minutes and they still haven't figured out how to do it. Every time I've been to BMO for simple transactions they take forever. They stare at the computer forever and ever and move at a snails pace.
