I came to BMO to cash multiple USPS money orders. I was treated with suspicion and the staff refused to process them, as if I was doing something wrong. They did not seem to understand the rules around cash limits. These were perfectly legitimate wedding gifts. The way I was spoken to felt dismissive and accusatory. No explanation, no understanding, just a flat-out refusal. After 10 years, I’ll be taking my banking elsewhere.

Ever since they changed to BMO worst service EVER. Andres in the lobby is pompous and acts like we should be thankful he is giving us time. Will start moving my many accounts immediately
Went in there with my mother to open an account with this bank because I’ve heard good things about it. We went in there around 2pm and this white lady with dark black wavy hair help us out. Never in my life have I experienced the most racist service in my life, we gave her my mothers license and passport, she looked at the passport and laughed giving it back to us asking if my mother had a social security or a green card, but yet they said they could do it with a ITIN so there’s no need to ask for a green card she kept aski... read more
