Just Refied with them… needed a stop payment… 5 employees in the branch and not one could help, instead they referred me to a phone call. What’s the point of a branch. Now I’m spending 30 minutes on the phone in their parking lot with a BMO employee in an Indian call center. Their reply is for me to do more work contacting them!!!! Do better, your branch has my contact, stop putting the ball in the customers court and take some basic initiative if you want to make it right beyond PR.

They don't give you change if your not an account holder. The bank is hoarding money and affecting the economy.
