Guess I should’ve looked at the reviews on this bank before I opened an account y’all weren’t kidding this place sucks. Then somehow got worse after it became BMO. Multiple bad experiences here, including trying to withdraw my money. Even after I told them in advance I was making a large withdrawal a week in advance. I still there for an hour while they talk to whoever they have to talk to to get authorization to give me my money. Bad place to bank been there for years very unprofessional deposited a large check from a local finance company went in 2 days later to pull some money was only willing to give me 1/4 the amount told me they had to hold the check another week after they told me over the phone I could get more then that the employee lied said he misunderstood he never herd me say check I did in frustration say a few cuss words the manager is rude I closed my account was unwilling to help listen folks your a number to this bank that's it nothi... read more

This company and it's employees are by far the most incompetent individuals I have ever had the displeasure of having to interact with. We had our loan with Bank of the West when BMO bought them out. Since then, each month when we make our payment they take our money, cash it and then incisively harass and threaten us claiming they didn't receive payment.
