Customer service was great. However, charging a 10 dollar fee for cashing a check drawn on your bank!!!!! Not cool. Well you can open an account here... if I wanted to open an account there I would have... when did this become OK? Sad state of affairs. This is how the already greedy and federally backed banks make even more money? Really? I'm talking cashing a paycheck here folks, not a stock swap!!!!!!!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! they are beyond idiots here. When you have a problem, all they say is "Im Sorry" instead of helping you to find a solution. And their drive thru ATM, ate MY CARD. and I had to GO to another branch to get help. then if you forget or mistype your password, you're screwed. worst bank ever!
Worst service! Long wait time in drive thru and only 2 employees in the entire building! They are slow at handling transactions and don't care there's a line.
All around nice people. Always get the job done and are very personable! My go to location.
