Avoid this bank at all cost. Two different times at two different ATMs the machine ate my card. This was after 5:00 and one time it was. 3 day weekend. There was nothing they could do. I had to go the three days without any access to my money. What if I had been from out of town? What if I had an emergency? I can think of a dozen different reasons why an ATM that needs to reset itself during an ATM transaction and keeps your card could be disastrous. Called the bank branch number that I was asked to call on a voicemail and after several prompts I was redirecting to a call center and not the branch so I had to go in person to the bank instead.
