Worst service! Long wait time in drive thru and only 2 employees in the entire building! They are slow at handling transactions and don't care there's a line.
All around nice people. Always get the job done and are very personable! My go to location.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! they are beyond idiots here. When you have a problem, all they say is "Im Sorry" instead of helping you to find a solution.
Avoid this bank at all cost. Two different times at two different ATMs the machine ate my card. This was after 5:00 and one time it was. 3 day weekend. There was nothing they could do. I had to go the three days without any access to my money. What if I had been from out of town? What if I had an emergency? I can think of a dozen different reasons why an ATM that needs to reset itself during an ATM transaction and keeps your card could be disastrous.
