I honestly wish I could give a ZERO STAR review. WORST BANK EVER! Do not bank with BMO. They make you open and account and tell you, that you’ll receive a promotion & when time comes they don’t come through. The only qualified people to be working there is Maribel & Hortensia. Ernesto is the WORST, he should get his things packing and go find a different profession. Ernesto was the worst person to work with!
Everytime I have come in and had the unfortunate timing of dealing with Ernesto makes the banking experience HORRENDOUS! When going into a bank you’re supposed to feel confident and feel like the employees of the bank can be trusted. Not with ERNESTO, he is very rude, talks down to you, makes you feel dumb. Especially when doing a big transaction, you shouldn’t feel like you’re doing something wrong. This guy needs more training. Maribel was the kindest most efficient representative . She gave me such personalized attention.And extreme attention to detail.I was really impressed.I have accounts at Wells Fargo and PN.C.
