Maribel was the kindest most efficient representative . She gave me such personalized attention.And extreme attention to detail.I was really impressed.I have accounts at Wells Fargo and PN.C. But I wanted to have a personal account another business account. It was very impressed with the location and the easy parking and the cleanliness of the bank. Monica
This is the worst bank ever. They don't do early deposits for payroll. They take almost a week to transfer funds from bank to bank. And charge $50 to close an account.
My wife and I were with Bank of the West for many years. I got worried when they said there was going to be a merger with BMO. I had a knot in the pit of my stomach, and it turns out I was right. It started with me getting my direct deposit over 3 days later for some reason. So many inconsistencies! I want to cash and deposit weekly it shouldn’t be so darn complicated! It’s idiotic I can cash walk out come back in and deposit but can’t do it at same time!
