Raquel and Team are always so helpful and friendly....BMO makes it easy to do business with and I love the online features!
I have been with this bank and this branch since early 2022 (when it used to be Bank of the West). TBH, I have had quite a good business with them except just that one day when I didn't have the best of the experiences. The staff are usually quite friendly and professional. Myra and Raquel (The current manager) have always been the answer to my banking queries. If I don't get them on the phone right away, they make sure to call back and assist accordingly. Well not very keen on customer service hold your money for over excessive amounts of time it supposedly will take them a week to deposit a check that has been approved it said some will be available not true and I'm not talking a big check and than say we will charge you fifty bucks if you don't like our service and want to leave and direct deposits same I use apps like earnin or Dave and bmo holds my direct deposit for 1 maybe 2 days but dates it the day it was received so makes me late on my payments to the other mentioned... read more
