Stay away!!! Had two loans get sold to BMO. Predatory. Useless in trying to get anyone on the phone. They’ll take your money and hose you with the worst amortization schedule in human history, then route you to a call center with a person who barely speaks English when you have questions!!! Run from this bank!!

My original review was deleted, but I’ll say it again — do not waste your time at this place. The current 3.2-star rating (and the pattern across the other locations, if you Google) speaks volumes. The reviews are accurate — run.
This company is terrible and will be under or sold before long but this branch especially has issues. The girl that answered the phone sounded like she may have finished the 8th grade and couldn't even understand what i was asking what a joke. Don't put your money here keep it in a jar or burry it probably be safer
