This is our regular retail bank location and we appreciate their services. Wire transfers -- domestic and international -- get done fairly quickly, with staff politely asking questions to verify your identity and make sure you aren't subjected to scams. Any issues with setting PIN for ATM cards also get done fairly quickly. Their staff follows you around the corner to test it at the ATM to make sure everything works. These bankers don’t exactly know what they are doing . I went to this bank for wire transfer . Some new banker was trying to help me she spent good 3.5 hours and I waited there because she needed my information . The wire didn’t hit the account the same day then when I checked it the next day still wasn’t there . It’s better to go to Wells Fargo across from street .

I’m a long time customer from the “Bank of the West” times. Went to the bank at 4:48pm to access locker. They delayed it further by talking talking and chatting with someone saying it’s late. They got approval to access the locker. The lady (Rajkriti Singh) was very reluctant to help. I told her that I got late due to bad traffic. She says they don’t allow accessing after 4:45pm. So I was late by 3 mins. I had to drive 30 mins to the Bank and she didn’t have any customer empathy or courtesy to help and it was already 5pm. Sh... read more
