They have terrible customer service. If you notice every manager replies to reviews with the same copy and paste answer. Everything is scripted. They don't care about your complaints or about you.
The level of incompetence at this bank is unreal. I had an issue with a fraudulent check months ago. It is still not any closer to being fixed. The Senior Retail Relationship Banker filed my paper work incorrectly and then filed it with the wrong department. They disconnected me three times, put me on hold (which wasn't really hold because I could hear their conversations) and now won't answer the phone. I am pulling all of my accounts from this sad excuse for a bank.....It is the worst customer service I have ever experienc... read more
Lun in rude. Talked rude to me while I was walking away. She wasted a hour as she does everytime. It’s not my fault you can’t read your screen and both previous visits your managers had to correct you. All she tried to do is push an account on me. I have navy fed. If it wasn’t for my payroll check I would even step inside this place
