EXTREMELY rude and lazy staff. Manager is a liar who lies directly to customers to try and shut them up. ATM is constantly down
ATM never works
Excellent bank. Great tellers. Everyone is nice here. Varsha in particular is super helpful and pleasant. After the buy out of Bank of the West there was a transition period but they handled it extremely well.
