Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Be warned, stay as far away from these types of institutions as you can. I can now understand why there are so many bad reviews about this "bank". And no, I don't have "That BMO Feeling" like your hold music says.

Worst banking experience in my life 20+ years moved to brighton opened new account in which they froze right away asking to prove identy gave 3 forms of proof of identity stole my money gave up trying to withdraw it went down road to ENT Credit Union they provide great service
I recently moved to Brighton Colorado and needed to wire a large sum of money from my BMO account dealing with my house purchase. I walked into the branch at 1795 E Bridge St, Brighton CO 80601 for the first time, walked up to the counter, and told them I was a customer that needed to wire money from my account. The teller asked me for my social security number then assisted me in wiring FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS from my account without asking me for any identification or proof of identity. God forbid I want to make a credit card payment with two $50 bills that have tears in them. The tears were clean, and the bills were 100% intact but unfortunately ripped when I pulled the money out of my pocket. The rude bank teller told me she would not accept my money because the bills would get stuck in her new money counting machine. So I asked, why can't you just count the two bills manually?
