Great service from the tellers to the bankers. They listened to what I wanted and provided several options. I was upset at my other bank (I wont say which one but they love wagons) and I wanted better service. The banker introduced me to the bank manger, he took time out of his day to sit with me and get to know why I can to his location. A few days later I received a card from him thanking me for the conversation we had. When was the last time your bank sent you a thank you card for a conversation?
