Had a 2pm appointment with an elderly man name Manny. He said to wait, yet another person came in and told me that To wait, as he was taking care of doing nothimg at his desk, I waited 15 minutes another guy walked in and Manny help the other individual first. Excellent customer service
These people don't clean the outside of the bank but rarely and some freaky Latino guy using various trucks stalks customers at 8 AM claiming to work there but never goes in and wouldn't say what his job was. He claimed he'd call the cops on me if I didn't leave as I waited to go in and accused me of leaving trash. He had palm from cuttings in the back of his truck yet all he does is follow me around and stare even when I crossed the street. I have been a BMO account holder for 37 years. Before it was even called BMO. I am from Chicago so when I moved to Las Vegas and realized they did not have a BMO, I was pretty bummed. So when I found out a BMO finally opened in Henderson, I was thrilled. Today I went to the Henderson BMO for the first time. My boyfriend received a check and we wanted to deposit it. USE ANY OTHER BANK!!! BMO is Absolutely the worst bank ever. Online access to accounts is spotty at best, and nearly always requires a call to their totally incompetent customer service line, and then usually requires the call be escalated to a supervisor, when all you are trying to do is access your account online. I don't think a bank could be run more poorly than BMO, and the ONLY reason we have an account with them is because they took over the bank we originally took a loan from.
