Everyone there is so kind and helpful! The store is always clean and friendly and they always remember me and my daughter even if she’s not with me! It’s very sweet!
I went in to the bank to deposit all of the loose change I had accumulated, which i had rolled, and the teller was lovely. She said they would happily take it, and then we had a nice conversation. As I was ready to go, I asked about getting verified statements from my account some time in the next week. She offered then and there to print them and have them verified for me. New employee there was rude to my dad. That is not how you treat someone who has banked there for 30+ yrs. Bank of the West never treated him this way.
I had a saving account at BMO. They closed my account abruptly without any prior notice or letter notifying us of account closure. We had over 7000$ in the account that is now missing. It’s been over 3 weeks and we have called several times asking where is our money and they say we will get in the mail and we have not gotten it.
