I went in to the bank to deposit all of the loose change I had accumulated, which i had rolled, and the teller was lovely. She said they would happily take it, and then we had a nice conversation. As I was ready to go, I asked about getting verified statements from my account some time in the next week. She offered then and there to print them and have them verified for me. New employee there was rude to my dad. That is not how you treat someone who has banked there for 30+ yrs. Bank of the West never treated him this way.
I had a saving account at BMO. They closed my account abruptly without any prior notice or letter notifying us of account closure. We had over 7000$ in the account that is now missing. It’s been over 3 weeks and we have called several times asking where is our money and they say we will get in the mail and we have not gotten it. Worst banking experience ever!! Closing my account and going elsewhere
Stepped in to cash a check with this bank’s name and address on it and waited by myself while two employees assisted one customer. Three other employees sat at desks staring at me for about ten minutes. Eventually, one of those three employees stood up at a desk and slowly walked over head down and went behind a counter and stated “I can help you over here” or similar words to that effect.
