I had a saving account at BMO. They closed my account abruptly without any prior notice or letter notifying us of account closure. We had over 7000$ in the account that is now missing. It’s been over 3 weeks and we have called several times asking where is our money and they say we will get in the mail and we have not gotten it. Worst banking experience ever!! Closing my account and going elsewhere
Stepped in to cash a check with this bank’s name and address on it and waited by myself while two employees assisted one customer. Three other employees sat at desks staring at me for about ten minutes. Eventually, one of those three employees stood up at a desk and slowly walked over head down and went behind a counter and stated “I can help you over here” or similar words to that effect. Worse bank ever!!!! Waited in drive thru for 30 mins to make a freaking deposit and the lady was so rude. One car was in the parking lot I’m sore that’s an employee car. Will NEVER use them again
Was in line to deposit. Nobody in front of us, took 9 minutes just to greet us another 12 minutes to deposit. Wells Fargo for the win, this bank is ridiculous!
