We had a terrible experience with this bank. My wife was trying to settle both her sister's and brother's estates. The other banks they had funds in were courteous and helpful and we had business done in a few minutes. She had the misfortune of dealing with a cashier named Brittany who was rude, condescending and completely obnoxious to her, Brittany kept changing the requirements to close out the accounts and told her she didn't have the compete paperwork even though the other banks were completely satisfied with what we ha... read more

At first I was excited and the customer service was wonderful. They called me to let me know of specials, if I wanted a savings. Than between that time and now I had to change my view on this bank on 7th and the branch. The manager here was helping me with a dispute that didn't need to go through afterwards. I cannot recall her name, but she gave me no choice If I wanted a new debit card or not, Just canceled my card without giving me a choice. For a simple dispute?
