At first I was excited and the customer service was wonderful. They called me to let me know of specials, if I wanted a savings. Than between that time and now I had to change my view on this bank on 7th and the branch. The manager here was helping me with a dispute that didn't need to go through afterwards. I cannot recall her name, but she gave me no choice If I wanted a new debit card or not, Just canceled my card without giving me a choice. For a simple dispute? Paypal does this everday and never has to cancel or leave p... read more
