Bmo claims even after reporting lost card that your account is still open and reoccurring expenses are still able to charged too your account. Even without an active credit card number. So reporting a lost or stolen card does not stop all transactions. I've tried to report fraud. They do not listen. Your money is not safe here.

I've always received excellent customer service.
The only issue I have as that only one location is operating and with inconvenient hours 9-4 mon-fri.
