We've had multiple issues here and it's getting to the point we're considering switching banks. I thought my longstanding problem had been fixed and removed my previous rating. The rating was based on my not being able to deposit a check using the app, then going all the way to an atm and still not being able to deposit it. So I had to go inside the bank as I often did back in 1975. I explained what happened and was advised to delete the app and re download it. I haven't been able to make a deposit using the app for months. It continually locks up at "Yes confirm" I went online to try and get help, each time I I clicked open chat, I was logged out. Complete IT ineptitude I never experienced with bank of the west. Update: I went to an ATM to deposit the check. The ATM rejected it. Apparently, I will need to go into the bank as I would have had to do in the 70s.
usually go to BMO Brentwood, today, when I calling Brentwood it was msg after msg and at the end, my calls was disconnected after I input all the correct info,. they "disconnected" my call. so, I called to the BMO Oakley, not only right away a real person (Ms. Nayeli) answered the call, with her helps I was able to scheduled appts as I wanted, she's awesome professional, friendly & helpful too. even I haven't visit this BMO Branch yet, with wonderful telephone experiences i want to say yes, I 100% recommended BMO in Oakley. ... read more
