Perfect bank for CD the rate is good. There is no waiting good customer service.
This is a great bank location!! I highly recommend!! The staff is super helpful and friendly!! They are doing banking right!!
I opened an account here in 2015 because they were desperate for customers and were offering free checking. Unfortunately, I realized poor customer service is imbedded in their culture including incompetent staffing. I tried El Cerrito and another branch in Portland, Oregon and received same results. Finally, I am free from BOW
