I hate to give low ratings. But I'm honest. I used to being here but never again I'm not going to explain all the reasons why but they have way too many rules. I used to be able to let my daughter cash her check with me for years is one of the reasons. She's looking for a good bank to bank with and she doesn't like it here so for years she's been deposited into my account and one day they told me they have new rules that that is not allowed and to find a bank for her. I waited 15 minutes in line with one window opened and it was being used while other workers were just wondering around. Branch manager should be replaced!
Like to make complaint my mom elder person 90 years has mental health issues this lady Latin large lady open a second account when you're only suppose to to have one account. That's going to make a mess . When she saw my brother has a power of attorney she went over hope she gets fired!
