The best Bank of the West branch I've ever visited. Employees are professional and helpful. Some other branches - not so much.
I have been banking here forever. I’m pretty much happy with it. All I have is a checking account and no real complaints about that. However the hours are horrible for a person that works a 9 hour day. Every branch has different hours and non of them are convenient for working class 8-5. I have tried to work around this but it is getting harder and harder.
I have no idea.
In last 3 months this bank has gone down hill fast, never have enough people working, the man who works the window has no idea what he is doing and is extremely slow, i always have to wait and always has long lines because of the lack of workers. I have three accounts here and i'm about ready to close them all
