ever since BMO took over Bank of the West the ATMs have not worked. this location is the worst by far, 180th and center is also bad but the 168th and harrison ATM is utter garbage. Depositing cash is nearly impossible, sometimes it will accept cash deposits if you insert one bill at a time….and start a new transaction for each individual bill. sometimes even that doesn’t work. i don’t know what BMO did to destroy the functionality of the ATMs or if they replaced the old BOW machines with defective ones but it is getting aggr... read more
Sent me letters saying to " update my records " and I tried to call several times, but nobody picked up. When I returned to the states. I received a letter and a check giving me the notice they closed my account. I did a loan with your bank 0 missed payments, always on time. And you cannot return a phone call, and send my businesses money in a paper check that could have easily been lost. Treat me like a piece of garbage. Well your bank is garbage.
