Very friendly I like this bank
Thank you Paige for your assistant! I needed help with my parents' account and she was very accommodating since they dont speak English and is not available in person.
Very helpful when someone hacked my account and stole my money . I got it all back with in 30days
Got a $60 check from a customer I work for, the check was issued by BMO. Went to drive-thru window to cash. Provided ID. They stated it would be a $10 fee to cash because I was a “non-BMO” customer. I told them that was ridiculous, the check was theirs and they were trying to charge me $10 just to cash. I got the check back and later deposited into my bank. They should be ashamed.
The lobby is closed so drive through is the only option. Not such a big deal but there is only one teller. 2 cars ahead of me and I am waiting 20 minutes for a cash withdrawal. Teller is very nice but obviously overwhelmed. She told me they are short staffed which means underpaid! For a bank this size and this profitable it’s ridiculous. Sign of the times a guess. Find a small town bank who actually care for their customers.
