I brought in rolled coins to deposit, I have done this 3 times in the past. Today I was told they don’t take coins because there might not be the correct amount in the rolls. I worked at a bank years ago in Denver. We didn’t have a coin counting machine but we had customers write their account number on the rolls. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone. It would have been faster to go down in person. 20 minutes of my life wasted. Have been a customer of this bank since the 80s. I'm done.
Another 5 stars for Jordan Tiller! Jordan is my new banker and is fantastic! Helped me with a few things after moving to Omaha from KC!!
I went in a little confused about the new promos and to hopefully get a debit card while waiting for one in the mail. Jordan was not only helpful with everything, but he told me about another promotion i could get into. I was in and out, I'm glad I just opened my new account here!
