I went in a little confused about the new promos and to hopefully get a debit card while waiting for one in the mail. Jordan was not only helpful with everything, but he told me about another promotion i could get into. I was in and out, I'm glad I just opened my new account here!

The customer service for this location since BMO bought bank of the west is atrocious. I called yesterday to set up an appointment to get a personal loan for a new car. When I showed up they tried to send me away for about 5 minutes saying that I was at the wrong branch. After explaining that I was indeed at the right branch they gave me a disgruntled look and brought me to the end of the counter to ask what the loan was for.
