The customer service for this location since BMO bought bank of the west is atrocious. I called yesterday to set up an appointment to get a personal loan for a new car. When I showed up they tried to send me away for about 5 minutes saying that I was at the wrong branch. After explaining that I was indeed at the right branch they gave me a disgruntled look and brought me to the end of the counter to ask what the loan was for. I have banked at this location for several years. I have both personal, business, and savings here. The staff has always been very friendly and very willing to help. I highly recommend this bank and this location. It's very convenient for NW Omaha.
