Not a fan of their hours. Opening at 9:30 and closing at 4:00...even the drive-thru...what bank does this? Then, they encourage you to deposit your items on their mobile app, only for them to hold it for 6 days....a payroll check that you have been depositing every two weeks for years....I will say the tellers and staff are very friendly though and they don't make the decisions on hours and policy.
Samantha at Bank of the West is very pleasant to work with and helped me get my business account set up 2 years ago. To this day she still helps with any questions or concerns I have. Highly recommend working with her!
I am not Impressed with This Branch. The ATM only Gives 20's. The Service is not Always Good.
