Eventually, Brynzy and Jasmine (manager) helped me solve my problem, but generally staff made many mistakes and when they reach out to some other higher ups away from this location, no one answers them. BMO is simply not a chic place they think they are, do not act like they are fighting for every customer. Brynzy indeed tried to solve very hard a difficult problem she never dealt with before. Service is slower tha but employees are the best
Setting in the drive through window. Second in line and it's been over 15 minutes and still waiting. 8 can't even back up to leave and go to a different one. This is terrible service.
I was seen by Esmeralda Peña and she was amazing. It seemed like everyone that came in was sent to her and still she helped with a smile. I wish there were more people like her. Banking is already a hassle but it’s 10 times worse when the banker gives a bad attitude. Thank you Esmeralda for your patience.
