Eventually, Brynzy and Jasmine (manager) helped me solve my problem, but generally staff made many mistakes and when they reach out to some other higher ups away from this location, no one answers them. BMO is simply not a chic place they think they are, do not act like they are fighting for every customer. Brynzy indeed tried to solve very hard a difficult problem she never dealt with before.
