Update: Moved banks, monthes ago and closed my account. Just got my "new card" from BMO in the mail. I reached out about them keeping a account open after its been closed but was brushed off and dismissed by the manager again. Definitely concerned about fraud. Not sure if it was because of the time of day, the fact the manager feels invincible or what.
