I had the most pleasant experience with this BMO branch. Ambar Navarro is by far the best. She helped me with my loan account and made it so smooth. Communications was key she was always keeping me up to date with the process. She answered all & any questions I had in a timely manner. On top of being so helpful she was always so polite. Ambar's customer service 10/10.
They allow bums to more or less stay there. 11 hours a day .Really. everyday.
The worst telephone customer service. Very difficult to get account help. Wait times, if you can even get through without being disconnected, are very long...often exceeding 45 minutes to over an hour. Online banking isn't always working properly. Getting very frustrated with this bank. Now they froze my credit card because I was trying to make a small purchase online and they thought it was suspicious. Yet when fraud really happens those charges go through and drain my account and it took 6 months to get my funds back. No c... read more
