Went in to lock my card and after they verified my identity using one of the methods provided by the company they still denied to send me a replacement. She claimed to be typing some notes after the card was only cancel, but now I can’t even request a replacement via the app after the app was re-installed on my phone
Made me do multiple trips, skipped lunches and meeting to open a account. Marco consultant at bank - I paid premium to get the good standing letter after that you can and say you can’t open account as it says unknown on my name. I have accounts with Amex BofA capital one. But none had issue. you guys couldn’t figure that out on my first visit made me run around multiple times. No wonder your bank has reviews under 3 star. It won’t be long before you guys drop to 1 star
