Subpar service from the bank to the slow ppl that work here
Went to the Hughson branch today to make a dep for my mom. I went to the drive thru. I sat there for over 10 minutes while employees walked by and helped people inside. I was sitting there watching people come in and be helped before me. No apology for the long wait.
Always friendly
Love every aspect of this bank except one branch on Orangeburg Avenue and Oakdale Road in regards to the branch manager her responses were scripted and obtuse and she refused to acknowledge any new information and was being repetitive to shut down the conversation which was very petty and disrespectful for someone in charge of something so important as a Bank.
