I like this location but, needs a 2nd atm machine and one in drive thru area. I was mislead by the drive thru area only to be blocked by “parked cars” under the designated covered area. Also, The front ATM needs to have shade or a block wall covering from the sun as the glare and heat is completely pointing against the machine and anyone standing in front of the ATM. This bank is the worst bank I have ever been to. There is no customer service. The tellers (who are very young) are unprofessional and not knowledgeable. Management is also not helpful and makes you feel as though your a problem. What happened to the good old days when customer service was a priority in every business? I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and will continue to let everyone I know to not do business with this bank. If I had a choice I would give no stars.
One of the worst bank ever, there is a new branch manager who is worst than before, too much restrictions to even deposit money. They really need to change how they handle customers service, worst experience.
