Recently lost my card but they were able to help me supper fast and they even take extra precautions to make sure it’s me definitely would recommend
I’ve been with this institution since it was bank of the west and the steady decline in customer service has been a sad one to watch. This branch is TERRIBLE with both how they treat the customer and the competence for dealing with basic everyday transactions. I do NOT recommend BMO Turlock branch.
Staff sucks at this branch! So rude! Do not deal with Alexia!!!!!
