M Bmo Coustmer since 3 years i have business acc m from California my truck accident in iowa I came here fr cash amount but they refused me to give cash the reason ur one time password didn’t wrk 2 times we can’t give u amount. Please don’t use this bank they will never help u
I’m so so so torn with this bank. I adore the friendly and professional staff and atmosphere in Coralville. Policies bank-wide are ridiculous these days ie, lengthy “holds” on local business/ bank checks. I should have just gotten my cash at veridian! My CC through BMO has placed LENGTHY holds on my transfers from my BMO savings account to pay off my CC. I have to call every darned time to get the funds released. Ridiculous. Worst was when I was in the UK and they wouldn’t release funds and I got stuck….the longest hold EVER... read more
Very unprofessional. ATM is seldom working correctly. Debit card is a pain to use away from bank ATM.
Very kind tellers. Management and admin... not so much. Accuses customers of crimes, shuts down accounts without warning, etc. Try literally any other bank.
