I opened an account six months ago, and the staff is very friendly. The branch manager assisted me with great professionalism and has been extremely helpful. Overall it’s been a very positive experience.
I just found that my check did not go threw for 3 months. If I would have not call the company I would have not know BMO didn't get paid .
Just wanted to change a bill that was ripped. Manager said I needed an account there to do that. My mom has an account but not me. I was denied. Told to go somewhere else.
Great customer service, ease of transaction and friendly staff. This is my go-to bank. Keep up the great work BMO of Newman.
