I just found that my check did not go threw for 3 months. If I would have not call the company I would have not know BMO didn't get paid .
Just wanted to change a bill that was ripped. Manager said I needed an account there to do that. My mom has an account but not me. I was denied. Told to go somewhere else.
Great customer service, ease of transaction and friendly staff. This is my go-to bank. Keep up the great work BMO of Newman.
Las personas que estan en ventanilla son unos prepotentes altaneros que no te alludan a resolver ningun problema solo te niegan las cosas y no buscan solution solo las cosas que les conviene nisiquiera te permiten hablar con el manejador. En el ultimo año el servisio esta pesimo y me an echo pasar muy malos ratos. Y emos estado con este bank serca de 20 años y te tratan como ni te conosieran como que vas a ROBARLES
