I have a business account with BMO and I just called this branch because I had an issue enrolling in Zelle on my app and a banker (a guy forgot his name) He pretty much didn’t even try to do anything about it and told me to delete the app and download it again or contact the fraud department, I used to work in banking I know a thing for sure that fraud departments don’t handle mobile app issues. I’m physically at this bank once every week at least.. staff is always so awesome, super friendly even if they’re super busy. Very informative and helpful, they’ve never once been rude to me. I will never switch banks due to their awesome staff team 👍🏼
Terrible bank. Ever since they took over BOW, we've had nothing but trouble. I recommend another bank, this bank is ridiculous.
My bank card got hacked and when I found out I went straight to the bank. I had to wait for the purchases to hit my account my card was cancelled and while I was there 3 more transactions where being made from the theives as I was in the bank. I made a report and by the next day the money was back in my account and I received my new card within 3 days. Thank you to all the bank tellers who help me. Truly the best bank in town.
I've been banking with Bank of the West for three years now, and I love their customer service. I always get greeted when I walk in, and all of the tellers are pleasant to work with. They even put up with my goofy jokes.
