I went to open my first bank account and the lady who helped me misspelled my name 4 times. She had to remake my card multiple times, then when I checked my bank statement my middle name was misspelled. I don’t know how to feel about a bank who’s employees can’t spell.
The bank as a whole sucks. Constant outages, transactions declining, no 24/7 customer service even tho Canadian bmo has it. I have important transactions to make but I can't because bmo doesn't care about having a functional system. They're completely fine with inconveniencing us as much possible
This bank is not helpful and the tellers act like the job is hard for them. CERES OR OAKDALE RD for me from now on
