The bank as a whole sucks. Constant outages, transactions declining, no 24/7 customer service even tho Canadian bmo has it. I have important transactions to make but I can't because bmo doesn't care about having a functional system. They're completely fine with inconveniencing us as much possible
This bank is not helpful and the tellers act like the job is hard for them. CERES OR OAKDALE RD for me from now on

⸻ I had a deeply disappointing experience at the BMO Bank branch managed by VP Kristi Holcomb. I came in to withdraw $2,300 from my BMO account—funds that had been deposited via Cash App and were fully available with no holds on the account. A teller informed me that because the funds came from Cash App, I could not withdraw the full amount from a teller and would have to use the ATM, which only allows a $1,000 withdrawal.
