⸻ I had a deeply disappointing experience at the BMO Bank branch managed by VP Kristi Holcomb. I came in to withdraw $2,300 from my BMO account—funds that had been deposited via Cash App and were fully available with no holds on the account. A teller informed me that because the funds came from Cash App, I could not withdraw the full amount from a teller and would have to use the ATM, which only allows a $1,000 withdrawal. Very rude tellers. I need quarters to do laundry at my apartment so I enter and wait patiently and ask for a roll of quarters she said swipe my debit card without even looking at me. I tell her that I didn't have an account there I just need to buy the roll. She said no, didn't ask me if I wanted to start an account just a rude no and still not even a glance.
Trash bank BMO banking accounts can not be recognized by sites that you need to use for important situations
