Understaffed and unrealistic expectations for customers. Sitting in a lobby with an elderly disabled client for over an hour and 45 and still haven’t been seen.
Predatory banking at its finest. Tried to open an account. Was told my funds wouldn't be available for 9 days. I assumed they meant up to 9 days until the check I was using to open the account cleared. I asked to check and make certain. No. Even after the check clears, I could not access my money for 9 days. $10 fee to cash a check written on their bank if you don't have an account. $10! To hand you money on an account at their bank! This should be criminal. Tellers were apathetic. Horrible bank.
