Do not trust any checking account bonuses from BMO or the new owners of Citizen Bank. I guess a bank taking over automatically voids any offers, even if they send you mail about the cash bonus offer. I'd be wary of opening any account at both BMO and Citizens Bank. Don't bother reading any mail you receive from them.
Do NOT bank here. I’m on week 2 of a fraud claim (which took 2 days max with prior bank) and they just don’t care. AI customer service on website. Was told claim could take up to 45 days IF I get my money back. Closing account as soon as possible (that only takes one day).
BAD this bank location gave me the run around to cash a very small $20 ck, i ran there 3 times and still wouldnt deposit in my checking account for me. so i went to another named bank had no problems and cashed right away gave me cash. wont go to this brannch no more after tehy gave me a rund around with a $20 check 3 times.
Four stars only because of the people who work there, some of whom stayed after BMO bought B of the West. I have liked them all and that's why I have stayed with several accounts, BMO policies and practices notwithstanding.
Wow I can’t believe so many bad reviews. I’ve had nothing but great friendly service from everyone here. I am very happy with BMO and this branch. Highly recommended!
