Awesome place and Staff
Do not bank with them. They are worthless liars. Say they can help you but actually don't. The website can deny you access, won't let you change your address or create multiple accounts. Avoid them!
This review was for Bank of the West, ownership has recently changed. Seems much better now! Worst customer service ever. Expect phone calls for simple matters to last up to two hours. Expect, after dealing with their dumb machine and waiting to talk to a person, for said person to cut you off or put you on indefinite hold. Maybe it was because they hit the wrong button by accident, maybe on purpose, who knows? My transactions went through just fine.
What kind of buisness completely shuts down during normal hours of operation for a 1hr lunch. Completely ridiculous! Horrible customer service!
