Today is September 11th. I spent all morning periodically looking at this branch from across the street while at work wondering when they were going to lower their flag to half staff to honor the memory of the 2,977 individuals killed in 2001. You’d think a business such as this would remember the importance of such an event... I’m incredibly disappointed. I’m glad I bank with a different establishment, one who remembers the most devistating event our society has endured at the hand of terrorists on our own soil.
Employees at this location are the rudest tellers I have ever encountered. The girls give off the “i’m better than you,” vibe. 132nd & maple location rocks it all the way!
