I had $10 in 50 cent coins I was looking to get turned into cash. I drove up and used the call button to call a teller. I asked him if I could exchange it for a $10 bill and he asked me if I had an account. I told him I did not and he told me that they would not be able to do that then. Having just moved up to Omaha already need a bank account somewhere close by my house. I asked him if I could just come inside and open an account and then do it and he told me no again. If I wasn't a long standing customer of BOTW, this branch would make me leave. The last time I went, it took 25 minutes for the teller to cash a check, and deposit some cash into my account. It got to the point where I had to actually call in and see what the problem was, the teller was confused (by cashing a check? or depositing cash? seems like fairly normal teller tasks to me).
