Love using there ATM. Never malfunctions, and I can get 400 out.
The bank as a whole is horrible. Customer service is not a priority. However Kaitlyn and the taller lady who works the desk are sweet and seem to care. Outside of them it's a joke

I had $10 in 50 cent coins I was looking to get turned into cash. I drove up and used the call button to call a teller. I asked him if I could exchange it for a $10 bill and he asked me if I had an account. I told him I did not and he told me that they would not be able to do that then. Having just moved up to Omaha already need a bank account somewhere close by my house. I asked him if I could just come inside and open an account and then do it and he told me no again.
