Provided paperwork for the third time and was told someone would get back to me in 1-2 days. Over two weeks later and not a word. So helpful.
The Teller, Breanna, at 8707 West Center is so very knowledgeable and helpful. She has helped both my husband and myself with setting up on line payments and identifying unknown withdrawals and getting our banking questions answered. Breanna is especially knowledgeable about Apple devices, which management doesn’t seem to be. If it wasn’t for her help we would have moved to another bank when BMO took over.
This locations ATM Never works and is always down. It’s so annoying and inconvenient when you just want to stop somewhere to grab some cash and then you’re forced to go to another ATM and get charged a fee. And then when you bring this to attention to the employees at the bank which I have several times … They tell you they can take care of one of the ATM fees, but not both even though their ATM is the reason why I got charged a fee going to another bank. Pretty good bank, they definitely got their wait times down for talking with customer service since i opened my vehicle loan with them.
