Our banking experience has been so great. We started with a joint account, then our business account as well as another account. Our banker Henry has been very attentive to our needs as well as all the staff!
I’ve had a poor experience with this bank from day one. The first time I deposited funds, I had to call customer service just to find out why they weren’t showing up. They charge you a $10 monthly fee if your balance drops below $100 before your statement date, which isn’t clearly communicated upfront. Mobile deposits take 3 business days to clear, and they’re closed on Saturdays, which only adds to the delay. Provided paperwork for the third time and was told someone would get back to me in 1-2 days. Over two weeks later and not a word. So helpful.
The Teller, Breanna, at 8707 West Center is so very knowledgeable and helpful. She has helped both my husband and myself with setting up on line payments and identifying unknown withdrawals and getting our banking questions answered. Breanna is especially knowledgeable about Apple devices, which management doesn’t seem to be. If it wasn’t for her help we would have moved to another bank when BMO took over.
This locations ATM Never works and is always down. It’s so annoying and inconvenient when you just want to stop somewhere to grab some cash and then you’re forced to go to another ATM and get charged a fee. And then when you bring this to attention to the employees at the bank which I have several times … They tell you they can take care of one of the ATM fees, but not both even though their ATM is the reason why I got charged a fee going to another bank.
