Our banking experience has been so great. We started with a joint account, then our business account as well as another account. Our banker Henry has been very attentive to our needs as well as all the staff!
I’ve had a poor experience with this bank from day one. The first time I deposited funds, I had to call customer service just to find out why they weren’t showing up. They charge you a $10 monthly fee if your balance drops below $100 before your statement date, which isn’t clearly communicated upfront. Mobile deposits take 3 business days to clear, and they’re closed on Saturdays, which only adds to the delay. Provided paperwork for the third time and was told someone would get back to me in 1-2 days. Over two weeks later and not a word. So helpful.
