have to wait another week to get my paycheck that I'm used to getting next day regardless that my account is over a year old. customer service said they wouldn't cancel it so that I could just go cash my check in person. I need to buy important things like cat food. this has been nothing but disappointing. waiting 3 weeks for a bi weekly paycheck is outrageous and dangerous for your customers. I will be closing my account after I get my money and will not be back. people need their money and y'all are a bank that's your job.... read more

Please replace your flag, as you can see in the photo it is severely torn! Also today flags should be at 1/2 staff.
Spoke to “Michelle” at Berthoud branch. Rude, unprofessional, and could care less about my account. DO NOT BANK HERE!!
Danger! BMO holds bank cashier's checks for 10 days...the most secure check deposited in your account is causing my business huge grief to make sure our vendors are paid and don't experience a bounced check from us, while BMO sits on good funds! They claim no one can release the funds in the whole bank, since it is their policy to sit on bank cashiers checks deposited with them! This is longer than a normal bank check deposit!
