This is perhaps the worst banking experience I have ever had, with an unfriendly staff and managers that lied to me and didn't know how to answer (or get answers) to my questions! have to wait another week to get my paycheck that I'm used to getting next day regardless that my account is over a year old. customer service said they wouldn't cancel it so that I could just go cash my check in person. I need to buy important things like cat food. this has been nothing but disappointing. waiting 3 weeks for a bi weekly paycheck is outrageous and dangerous for your customers. I will be closing my account after I get my money and will not be back. people need their money and y'all are a bank that's your job.... read more

Please replace your flag, as you can see in the photo it is severely torn! Also today flags should be at 1/2 staff.
